Donnington Grove Veterinary Group is one of the largest vets in the area. We have three practices based in Newbury, Thatcham, and Tadley which means we have a large client base as well as many loyal and long-standing clients. Our receptionist's focus is to provide excellent customer service and make the client's experience the best it can be.
This role will be based at our Newbury practice, and the successful candidate will work 2 days a week (Thursday and Friday) 1.30pm-7.30pm. As well as 1 in 4 Saturday 9am-5pm and a 1 in 10 Sunday 9am-12pm. Bank holidays are shared across the team.
Ideally, you will:
have prior experience working in a customer facing role
be confident in a fast-paced environment
have great organisational skills
have excellent communication skills
be confident using IT systems
Have flexibility to work occasional different shifts and to work at our other branches at Newbury and Thatcham would be advantageous
