Donnington Grove Veterinary Group is one of the largest vets in the area. We have three practices based in Newbury, Thatcham and Tadley which means we have a large client base as well as many loyal and long-standing clients. Our receptionist's focus is to provide excellent customer service and make the clients experience the best it can be.
Ideally, you will:
have great organisational skills
have good communication skills
be confident using IT systems
be able to work different shifts and weekends on a rota basis
have prior experience working in a customer service role

This is a part-time position based at our Newbury and Tadley branch, but there may be a requirement to travel to Thatcham occasionally.
Working Pattern
Part-time permanent position
Monday 8:00am–2:00pm (Newbury)
Thursday 2:30pm–7:00pm (Tadley)
Friday 2:30pm–7:00pm (Tadley)
1 in 4 Saturdays at Newbury from 9:00am–5:00pm
1 in 9 Saturdays at Tadley from 8:30am–10:30am
