It can be scary when your pet becomes unwell or gets injured. Rest assured - we are here for you 24 hours a day, every day of the year. You can call to make an appointment or in an emergency our team is just a phone call away - any time, any day.
EMERGENCIES
Should your pet be ill or injured at any time we always have our own highly trained vets and nurses available to see you quickly. If your pet has to be admitted to our hospital we have nurses on site 24/7 to make sure our patients are looked after and monitored for any changes.

All consultations are by appointment only – please phone your preferred clinic to make an appointment at a time that suits you. During your consultation the vet will discuss your concerns, examine your pet then discuss and agree a treatment plan with you. Consultations are designed to allow time to discuss your concerns in detail. Your pet's treatment and recovery are always our primary objective.
We have a wide array of diagnostic equipment and a fully trained, dedicated laboratory team to enable a rapid assessment and treatment of your pet’s condition. Extensive surgical facilities and expertise are available if required. Our Newbury clinic has RCVS Accredited Veterinary Hospital status and our Thatcham and Tadley clinics have fully equipped surgical facilities.
