NEW PET OWNERS

We can’t wait to meet your new arrival.

 

Making appointments is easy and we often have on the day appointments available for when your pet is unwell or injured. Just phone our receptionists at the branch you want to visit and they will do their best to accommodate you.

Hopefully you won’t need to use our emergency service, but if you do, you can be reassured knowing that we have Veterinary Surgeons and Nurses available 24 hours a day at our Hospital in Newbury.

NEW CLIENT REGISTRATION

Welcome to Donnington Grove! To become a registered client, please click on the 'New Patient Registration form' button below to submit your details. You'll need to wait 24 hours for us to proess your registration before you can use our services so if you need something urgently, please call us. If you have any questions regarding the forms or your first appointment please call us 01635 47170. 

PRESCRIPTIONS AND MEDICATIONS

Most of the medications (including flea and worm treatments) we sell are Veterinary Prescription Only Medications (POM-V). These can legally only be dispensed to an animal that is under our care. The animal must have been to the surgery for a consultation within the last 6 months in order for us to dispense therapeutic medications, and within 12 months for flea and worm treatment. Medication must be ordered before collection. Please phone your preferred clinic, or use our online order form below

PAYING YOUR BILL

Payment should be made at time of treatment, by cash, cheque or card. You can also use our online payment facility by clicking the button below. To use this online service, you must have a valid invoice number or practice account number. If you do not have a valid invoice number please either call us or email info@donningtongrove.com.

HOSPITAL & SURGICAL: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

We understand that the thought of your pet undergoing an anaesthetic and surgery is a worry. We are here to help you and your pet though this time. Our high level of training and expansive  experience is reflected in our surgical success stories. Under our care you pet is in the best possible hands. We have created a helpful info sheet with all you need to know about our hospital and surgical procedures at Donnington Grove.

ORDER PET FOOD ONLINE

Many pets require clinical diets to aid in managing or treating a medical condition. We can order in a wide range of diets to suit your pets requirements. We can also supply Lifestage diets to suit your growing puppy or aging cat. We will have your order ready for collection at any of our branches on the next working day if you order before 5pm Monday - Friday. 

INSURANCE

We recommend purchasing pet insurance to help cover the costs of unexpected veterinary costs should your new pet become unwell or injured. There is a huge range of policies available on the market so here is our advice on how to decide on one. 

 

Already insured? We are more than happy to provide a free insurance claims service. Our default policy is for you to pay us and then claim fees back from your insurer. However in some circumstances we can offer a direct claim service, where your insurer pays us directly – minus your excess. Read our direct claims policy below.
